This has been enjoyed by both children and dogs. It is easy to adjust the jets once they are spouting by just pushing on the outer tube, and also by adjusting the water pressure from your spigot. The water has to keep running for the sprayer to work, so there is some wasted water. It is pretty durable, and I like the non slip bottom.
